Bath Time is the Best Time

I just love giving Seth a bath.  He is so completely adorable and he just smiles and coos at me.  He loves the entire experience.  This is just a few seconds before immersion, Seth is about to get showered by the 10 Kiss Flurry from his daddy.

Sooooo close!

So helpful

Ryan loves to help out around the house. He cooks, he cleans, take out
the garbage? Sure thing dad! He even feeds his little brother while I
relax and watch Heroes. What a good boy!

Family Night

We decided that we needed a night home as a family doing something fun and tasty for everyone.  One thing Jessi had wanted to do for a long time was bring some sort of treat to the firestation for the guys.  We purchased all of the ingredients for homemade chocolate chip cookies but just hadn’t found the time to make them.  So the other night we gathered lots of flour, sugar, and butter and made a big batch of tasty munchies for the boys at the firehouse.

Ryan had so much fun stirring the flour up it was hard to actually get it into the butter sugar mixture in order to finish the dough.

There was lots of taste testing and we all sat down for cookies and milk afterwards which was a great end to a special  family night

I’d love to show you some pictures of the finished product but they didn’t last long enough ;)

Laid Back

He learned from the master.

Arts and crafts

Well I have become aware that I am not a very crafty individual nor am I
motivated to do crafty-type things with my children. Well self realization
comes the hefty pricetag of guilt and self
loathing. So with that on my shoulders I was forced to impart some craftiness on my babies. Strangely enough it was an incredibly good time and even Seth-man (always the art critic) had fun.

Seth's first time eating cereal

4 1/2 months. He is growing way to fast!

Is this a joke in China too?

So we are sitting at Hong’s Chinese Buffett finishing up a great dinner when Ryan asks loudly and insistently, “Hear dogs barking?  Hear dogs barking?”

How do you not laugh at that?

Clean up

Always helpful
